Upper Shaver Falls is a 3m high, 3m wide classic plunge and cascade. The upper plunge section has been partially modified but the lower cascade is natural. It is located on a tributary of Coldwater Creek, upstream from Shaver Falls. It takes its name from the Shaver Family who owned the surrounding property in the nineteenth Century.
